I was born in Limerick, Southern Ireland, where I spent my childhood. I moved to England in 1972, and lived in London and Wiltshire, Prior to moving to Ilfracombe in 2002. I love the seaside atmosphere and social scene.
I studied painting and drawing at Hammersmith College of Art in London in the 1970’s and have continued to study a variety of mediums at various colleges since.
I’ve had a great love for sketching and painting since I was a child and I love working with my hands.
It gives me great pleasure that people like my work and I am extremely honoured to think that others wish to own one of my pieces.
I work mainly in pastels, charcoal and watercolours. I major in the human form, my work includes nudes and clothed subjects in various scenes.
